Water problem in Naraiyana and other places in Delhi!

Water problem is a common problem these days in Delhi. It is been there since long and people have to face many problem due to this. Naraiyana is the place in delhi that is facing the problem of Water since long time and people have to drink that yellow water which gives birth to many diseases and people are dying due to this. Water is very important to survive and it is not a topic to discuss but when people do not get sufficient water then they will have to drink that yellow dirty water that comes at odd timings. Not only Naraiyana but many other places in Delhi is facing such problem. People have to buy that 80rs bisleri cans to drink and cook food.
 
This is quite a troubling situation which really needs some attention. Water is one of the prerequisites of life and without it survival can be a tough challenge. I think people of Delhi and government authorities must think of some alternative to conserve water and prevent wastage of water. Water harvesting can be done during the rainy season which i think would prove beneficial. Underground and over-roof tanks can be made to store rain water. Do you think we should move forward to such strategies?
 
water problem is the m ain problem that is faced by the people of delhi. they find it quite tough to survive in such areas like naraiyana as this is the industrial place and all the chemicals of the factories flow in the water that makes the water dirty. People have to rely on the RO water and bisleri cans to cook and drink water.

Common necessities of life such as drinking water, electricity connection and sanitation together are not available to 82% of Indian rural households according to the report released by National Sample Survey Organization. Only 30% of households in rural India have access to tap drinking water as compared to 74% in urban areas.

Nearly 57% of the households in rural India have to travel up to 5 km every day to fetch drinking water as compared to just 20 % in urban areas.
