What about the child labor laws?

It has been a topic of debate since years that child labor should be banned or not .. Finally the child labor is banned but the results are yet to come. Still We can see many children working at stations and dhabas in india who are below the age of 11 and in place of going to schools they are working on railways. Government has closed his eyes on this topic as they know even after the law has been passed this practice is still taking place, they know now that nothing can be done to stop this.
 
it is sad to see those little children working in such a tender age. they have not seen the beautiful world yet.. they are deprived of their little friends who study at schools and play during the evenings. parents of such children should be educated and be given financial relief for making them study because it is for money they send their children to work ignoring the child labor laws.
 
Child labor is crime in India according to labour laws but unfortunately, children are still employed in hazardous industries, for domestic help and various other industries and work. Children are the future of our nation and they should be provided education, which is their right. However, Government should make child labour laws more stern and the people who employs children should be severely punished.
