Corruption has become a barrier in development of the country. Corruption is affecting a nation’s development economically, socially, and politically. Poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, greed, weak government has lead to corruption. It has created inequalities in distribution of income and wealth. Corruption can’t be rooted out in one big sweep. Being human we need to take every possible step to avoid this. By building partnership, creating strong anti-corruption body will win the war against corruption, and international cooperation can enhance domestic efforts. Governments should encourage skill-acquisition programs and employment seminars. Within companies, mentorship programs can ensure that skills and knowledge are passed on to younger employees which will restrict them from being corrupted.
