Where is the economic growth going?

We are considered as the under ten largest economies in the world still 60% or more people are living below the poverty line. Where is the money going? who has the answer of this question?

well this cannot be answered by the economists too because large amounts of indian public money is lying with the politicians and their families. they invest their money in other countries buying lands and flats. the economy is being distorted by heavy influence of black money
