The use of internet is increasing all over the World and the dangers that comes combined with it are also increasing. Today, internet is misused by many people and this is an alarm about the uncontrolled growth of internet usage. No doubt that it has several advantages as well but the dangers are more. Internet needs to follow some rules, which will help in cubing the increasing cyber crimes. What do you think? Why Internet needs to follow some rules?

Well, internet is most prone to attacks because of the type of technology it uses. Users now-a-days can create programs and codes instantly and intrude into personal areas of people. We may create certain rules but then those who carry out these unwarranted activities never play by the rules. So, i don't think rules would be of any good to curb them. But then, rules may prevent any newbies from trying their hands on hacking or other such allied activity.
