Will Baba Ramdev repeat Chanakya?

Ten Centuries ago, India was facing social and political turmoil during the rule of Nand Dynasty and people were unhappy with the style and functioning of Nand rulers. Chanakya, acharya of gurukul was keenly watching the developments. Chanakya's heart was bleeding for the welfare of citizens but was unable to do anything due to anti people attitude of the rulers. He took oath to destroy anti people kingdom and his tireless efforts resulted in formation of the kingdom of Chandragupata. Rest is a part of history as the dynasty ruled the country for long serving the masses. Besides, Chanakya’s efforts have checked the entry of foreign invaders. He united the country.

Baba Ramdev is also aiming the same by attaining political power. But the million dollar question being asked is whether he will succeed in repeating Chankaya? He wants India to attain its old glory and become super power.

The situation is similar as was during Chanakya regime. Political corruption is at its peak. People are poor and unemployed. A larger section is unable to manage two square meal. Health care and education is beyond the reach of common people.

Let us discuss the challenges before Baba Ramdev.

the challenges before ramdev are a lot. but the main Challenge awaiting him is... can he win the elections and come into power. this is because the political parties are all corrupt to the deepest level. and these wont allow his party to come up. or even if does, ramdev should not form any coalition with any corrupt party as this would again rot his party men too.

well cannot say on this because, there are strong contenders from all parties who would give stiff competition to baba raamdev's party. another reason being that there is high prevalance of corruption which will not let the clean parties emerge. however i wish baba ramadev all the best if he could succeed just as the great chanakya.
