In the present scenario more and more women of many countries are doing very well in politics. Whether it’s Asia or Europe or any part of the world, women in politics are creating fantastic milestones for themselves by making more and more appearances in the elections of different kinds across the world. The women are very aggressive when it comes to the welfare to the women and children.

Women politicians like Sonia Gandhi who is the president of the top poetical party in India hold a great command in the India politics and the rare so many women in the politics of the world who are really very dominating because of their individual humanity and social work.

Indian Women in politics have done a lot in less time therefore this sir one of the biggest reasons of success for the women in the election of different kinds and all the levels. Women play a very important role in the development of the society. Women empowerment is very crucial in the entire world.

Without the assistance and the cooperation of the women there can not be any sort of fair politics in the world. Governments of many countries have reserved the seats especially for the women to contest the elections and make a presence in the movement of the politics. More and more women are getting active in the politics in order to make their presence more effective in the word of politics.

As women are tuning into politics, in this way one thing is being guaranteed that the welfare of women and children is getting a lot of boom and more and more women supported rules are being implemented for the safety and the proper education of the women. After entering into politics women have shown that they are not only good at managing home management but they can also manage the politics of the grand success.
 
Role of women in Politics

In many countries it has been observed that wherever the women are in power or in active politics there have a lot of developments on the society as well as the infrastructure in place in a great amount in less time. It shows the importance of women in politics in modern time. The active participation of women in politics have made Indian women more independent and empowered to face the different sorts of oppression created by the men.

The role of women in politics has changed over the last few years all over the world because of the reservations and some other steps taken and implanted by many countries like India and Bangladesh which allow the 50 percent reservation seats for the women to contest in the parliament as well as local state assembly elections. In most of the country whether developed or not, the women are playing the major role in developing the nations along with the men counterparts in almost every field. There have been many successful women in politics like Sonia Gandhi, Benazir Bhutto and many more women have done quite well in the politics at the highest level.

The counties like India which has implanted the law of 50 percent reservation for the women to contest the all types of elections in the country has made the women more powerful and independent to affront the challenges which are generally faced by most of the women. There has a very significant rise on the involvement of the women in the politics at the highest and the international level over the last few years worldwide.

As we have seen a large number of women contesting the election of different types in many countries in the world these days it clearly shows that now nobody can say that it is a man’s land. Women are capable of doing the entire world as efficiently as the men ca carries out. The best specialty of women in politics is that the amount of corruption has decreased after the involvement of women in the world of politics.

Role of women in indian politics

Women play an important role in Indian politics. Though India is not having many women politicians, there are many women contesting for becoming politician. With politicians like prathiba patil, sonia Gandhi and shusma swaraj the number of women in politics is gradually increasing. Women should contest in elections as there should be healthy competition between males and females.
 
For Indian women participating in Politics is not new. Since they day of freedom fighting, many women tore away the purdah (the veil) system and joined the movement. Sarojini Naidu, Vijayalakshmi Pandit and Sucheta Kriplani, were the ones who motivated other women to participate in politics. The main name that not only roared the nation but the entire world was Mrs. Indira Gandhi, who finally brought new India to the world. She alone has left her foot marks for rest of the women to follow and we can clearly see Sonia Gandhi walking on it. Sheila Dixit is another respected name that has made Indian realizes the power of women, as she has successfully been elected Delhi’s Chief Minister for three consecutive tenures. Therefore, we all should understand the by educating and empowering women, we are not only building better families but we are also building better nation.
 
women in politics have always played a big role, for instance ms indira gandhi who is still a role model to many of us indians. after her many women have ventured into politics and now we have many women in politics who are actively participating in governance, for instance meira kumar the speaker of the parliament, ms patil the president of india.
 
women have been refraining from the sector of politics because it is mostly dominated by the males. they think men would not let them come up and so with this fear and hesitation very few women take part in politics. though they are given reservation women do not play active part in politics. i think women should come and in my view women are less corrupt then men and so even problem of corruption would get solved
 
Women are reaching on height in every field then why not politics. where ever you see in indian politics there are women everywhere. From jharkhand to Delhi and UP to bihar women are ruling indian politics. Jayalalita, Mayawati, Uma bharti, Sonia Gandhi, Pratibha Patil etc are the main pillars of indian politics. They are gaining popularity and winning the elections by their work. So women are the important part of indian politics without which the government is nothing.
 
women in India are slowly venturing into politics since ever. women empowerment is something we should take up as women are far behind men in the politics. at the same time women who are bestowed with powers should utilize them and prove the nation, that indian women are no longer lagging in the race and are equal competitors.
 
indian women are superior than men in many ways. they are more into other activities like politics, games and office jobs and handle work at home at great space. Women in indian politics have gained a name and fame with their work and are still rising high with their power and dominant nature. I have already given the example of many ladies and their work done in the political field.
 
'When you educate a man, you educate an individual. When you educate a woman, you educate a family.'

When such an Educated woman takes the reins of nation in her hand, the Entire nation benefits. Women's liberation movements and other awareness programs have made this possible that women can now come ahead. However, in the corporate world, apart from a few exceptions, women are still not preferred.
There is a long way to go still. It is not about the war between man and woman, but it is about the balance of power between man and woman be it a house, a country or the world.
 
politics is a sector, where in lot of experience, flexibility and convincing power is required. women of india have not started yet to venture into politics as much as they have come up in employment into private and public services. i think educated women should come up and try to take part in politics as they are endowed with reservation too, so that they can make their way easily to politics.
 
Women are a part of the Indian democracy and has all the right to be in politics but sadly enough, the ratio of women in Indian politics as compared to men is relatively very low. It is because women are considered to be politically naive but this is not the fact. Women are educated, they are rational and are capable of becoming good politicians to lead the nation towards progress and development. In my opinion, they should be given equal opportunity to show their potential in Indian politics.
