Hi all working moms out there, how do you deal with the guilt of leaving your kid home or at the day care while you are out for work?

I am not a mother .. lols.. I am a father.. but I have seen many women in fact my won wife she deals with the pain every day.. she doesn't want to leave our baby at the cruch but still she has to.. we both are working.. but that does not mean we give any sufferings to our child.. We love him and shows him through our gestures that we are with him always.. We love him a lot!! guilt comes when you do not give proper time to your child and it happens often.. Once you know how to manage time.. it will not happen..
 
well, talking about working mom guilt is common.. What should they do? they cannot do anything.. they have to work hard to make their daughter or son's future bright and this is the reason they have to leave them alone at home.. its all fate..
 
Working mom's feel guilt that they cannot give proper time to their children but that does not mean they are helpless.. they do and give proper time to their children whenever needed..it is not usual that women only feel guilt.. some men also feels the same no matter their wives are working or not..
 
Not an issue to worry just give it a thought once again

Why does working moms have any guilt in their minds? Are you not taking care of your child, or are you leaving your baby under some bad surroundings or are you ignoring his health or not attending his/her demands?

If none of the above then why working moms should be guilty? But yes, if any of above reasons or other related issues are correct then you should really stop working and start giving your precious time to your baby after all he/she is your responsibility.

Working mom usually feel that they are not able to give the desired time as their children need. They find it more difficult in bringing up their children the way it should be. Proper food and play is also important for children apart from studies. Single mother has to spend a lot of time in office and then their child has to stay with the nanny or in crutch. this makes them more guilty of not having spend time with their children.

I'm a guilty working mom. I feel bad about the hours I spend away from my cutie-pie Children. Whether we love or hate our jobs, most working moms feel guilt from time to time. Women are becoming Multi-tasking these days, they are handling so many things at a time that they usually do not get enough time for themselves. Women of India are multi-tasking as well as iterating. They manage all things at a time be it teaching kids, managing uninvited guests while running late for office and the most daunting task to run a house well. One of the most deep guilt that these multi tasking women face is that they are not able to give enough time to their kids as they have to leave for job in the morning and come back at evening or at night. So this guilt always remain inside them but they hardly speak about this issue to anyone. the work is important as well.
 
Many times it happens that working mom are unable to give proper time needed to their children. They should make changes in their lifestyle and should provide the required time as it helps a lot in making a child’s base. Many mothers are not happy with the bringing they are providing their children due to lack of time. sometimes its theiroffice work that keeps them engaged in the work and sometimes it’s the boss that makes it tough for the women to pay attention towards their ward. This is every mom’s guilt indeed!
 
working women usually find themselves guilty of being a busy women throughout the day, she is unable to give proper time which is required by her family that includes her husband, children and other family members. she is so busy that she cannot concentrate on the people around her in the house.
