india has been a country of traditions and yoga is part and parcel of it. we indians should practice yoga everyday to stay healthy. it has various benefits which are without any side effects like our medicines. practicing yoga will also keep our traditional value alive and spread our values to others. :)
 
The benefits of yoga are innumerable. People are becoming crazy about doing yoga daily and they are becoming more and more incline towards this art rather than going to gym. Yoga can helps a lot in maintaining a good health, pumps heart and increases metabolism and also helps a lot to people who have heart issues. It helps in reducing weight as well from the body.
 
i am doing yoga for last 9 years now, It has benefited me in many ways, and also helped me overcome the ailments I had,.

Yoga therapy is gift from India to other countries. Yoga makes you healthy. To keep you healthy no need to go gym. You can simply practice some of yoga poses.

Paschimottanasana, Udarkarshashana, Tiryak Bhujangasana, Parvatsna, Vajrasana, Matsyendrasana, Bhunanamana vajarasana, Vakrasana, Pawan-muktasana, Setu-bandhasana, Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Mayura-asana, Supta Bhadrasana, Purna pawan muktasana are used for better treatment or use as a physiotherapy treatment.
