1. Treating dandruff using Fenugreek: This is one of the best home remedies where fenugreek seeds are used to treat the dandruff. Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak them overnight in lukewarm water. Then grind the soaked seeds and make paste out of them. Apply the paste all over your scalp and leave it for half an hour to an hour to dry. Then rinse your hair with lukewarm to normal water and wash your hair with acacia concinna solution. You may also herbal shampoo so that your hair doesn’t get damaged. The water in which you soaked the seeds may be later applied on your hair after hair wash as hair tonic. This would give your hair extra shine.

2. Treating dandruff using Soap bark: Make a soap solution by mixing soap bark decoction and soft soap solution (1:1) and then rise your hair with this solution. This soap bark acts as anti-dandruff and anti-inflammatory agent apart from its natural cleansing activity.

3. Treating dandruff using Lime: Fresh lime juice can be used as an anti-dandruff remedy. Apply lime juice onto your hair and scalp during your last rise with water and this would serve the purpose of removing dandruff and imparting glow on to your hair. For deep cleanse therapy you may also mix the fresh lime juice with Fueller’s earth (Multani mitti) and apply it on your scalp. You may also apply Lime juice + 1teaspoon of sugar + lukewarm water on scalp and rinse your hair.

4.Treatment dandruff using Beet: Beet roots have good anti-dandruff property. Boil the beet roots and massage the boiled water after cooling it on your scalp. Leave it overnight on your scalp and wash it the next morning. This would help you get rid of dandruff. It is better to use White beet as it would not leave dark stains as the red/purple one does.

5. Treating dandruff using Vinegar and Olive oil: Apply diluted vinegar on your scalp and leave it about five to ten minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm/cold water (as hot water removes the oils from your scalp leaving it dry). Then massage your hair with Olive oil and leave it for atleast 2 days. This would help in removing the dandruff.

6. Treating dandruff using Snake gourd: Snake gourd is believed to possess good amount of anti-dandruff property and therefore it has been employed over the ages to cure dandruff. Extract the juice of snake gourd and massage it over your scalp. Later wash your hair with lukewarm to cold water.
